vRS is 20mm eibach is 22mm so rules of thumb 20x20x20x20 = 160000 22x22x22x22 = 234256

So 234256/160000 = 1.4641 So if its all made from the same matterial the eibach front is 46% stiffer.

The biggest effect of a stiffer front sway bar on the tubby front end of the VRS will probably be to increase understeer which is something you dont really want. I am not sure what it would do in conjunction with a RARB but for the amount of effort needed to fit it, it would seem a bit of a thankless task.
