Does anyone know of other VAG seat that'd fit straight into a Furby vRS?! Either just the front ones or front and rear. eg. S3 Recaro's, Octy vRS MKI/II, Golf Recaro's, RS4... etc etc

I have used the frame under the seat for my Sparco seats!

whats wrong with the original ones?

Anything from 9N Polo or the 6L Ibiza will drop straight in.

Anything else needs adapting.

In the long run I want golf GTI mk5 seats in my car, front only, but I realise I will need to undertake some serious adaption to get the subframes to securely fit to the chassis.

Polo 9N3 GTI seats would be great in the VRS - have you seen the lumbar support on them? And with the Interlagos cloth, they'd look fantastic too.

Just on the subject of seat i saw a silver VW Golf estate today at work with Black 911 alloys, audi s4 stearing wheel and r32 seats. It looked the nuts!

mikejay - Just fancied something differant, the grey p!sses me off coz it gets manky so quickly, and the passenger seats got a hole in it and the drivers seat's got a snag on it.

dxg - Yeah I thought about them, never been in them though so dunno what they're like.

Would no other front seats just slot in, or would they need modified subframes?! or take my subframes off the standard seats and fix onto the new seats...
