Booked i,st service manager will leave his car and take mine,hope its Octavia rs.mine a fabia 3 1.9 some niggles to report,boot lid difficult to close,often get into car boot open indicated.noise from front when cornering.rattle from inside n/s.sometimes get warning bleeper when leaving car for no apparent reason. Are these all common faults interesting to hear from other owners 1st year experience.

Might be worth doing a search on this site to find out whether your problems are shared. I've heard about the bootlid one before I think.

Re the warning buzzer: sorry if this sounds silly, but do you ever turn off the ignition while the indicator is on? If you do this, you've put the parking lights on, so the car is warning you've left the lights on. This sometimes happened to me in my mk1 and took me a while to realise why!
