Wastegate Octavia TDI -99

Hi there,

I just installed a "black box" in my Octavia TDI from -99. It should raise the output from 90 bhp to 115 bhp with a raise in torque from 202Nm to 270 Nm.

It really gives something extra to the car, but I can hear and feel how the wastegate limits the turbocharger pressure. When driving with the plate in the carpet it is obvious that the wastegate is letting out pressure unevenly, which makes the car hesitate in one moment and pull the other.

Do you know a way to make the wastegate open more smoothly?

Are there any aftermarket wastegates to be found for this model?

Raising the turbo charger pressure into the engine would be nice, but I am well aware of the risks. Are there any aftermarket wastegates that allows a higher inlet pressure without risking engine break down?
