A couple post 30k service issues

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I've done a few hundred miles since my 30k service and two problems I mentioned to the service mechanic when I left the Furby VRS in are still persisting.

Occasionally, when braking there's a tone. Not mechanical, it sounds like a warning tone. It'll be intermittent when I'm easing on the brakes, but when I come to a stop it beeps consistently, but only occasionally. Has anyone heard of this before?

The mechanic said it could have been a brake fluid warning and said he'd check it out. But it's still there.

Also, the car is tracking to the left even after having that looked at in my local FastFit. Was like that when I bought it, but if I remember correctly, it's the way of the world with Furby VRS's.

I'd appreciate any thoughts before I head back up to the local dealership.

Thanks,

V
