Anybody have a LSD fitted to there fabia? Southcoast!

Featured Replies

Bit of a strange request/favour but i may decide to keep my Fabia if a lsd will eliminate some issues i have with the traction + under steer coming out of corners.

Is there anybody out there on the south coast, Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, Portsmouth that wouldn't mind taken me out for a spin in there Fabia with a lsd fitted? I will of course pay for your diesel and buy you a beer to say thank you :D

Worth a shot!

I notice you have no Rear anti roll bar fitted.

Might want to consider that before splashing out on an LSD, should cure the understeer problem.

I know that will make a difference to the understeer issue but lack of traction in 1st and 2nd just winds me up :D so i was hoping for a passagner ride before i splash out

I know Gary (Oilburninnut) has one but don't know where he's located, mind you i wouldn't advise going out in the car with him, unless you have a clean pair of underpants with you :P:rofl:

Hahahaha :D

Will drop him a pm.

Anyone else?

I have the same peloquin LSD fitted as Gary has, and I'm a bit nearer - Exeter area of Devon generally. I will be in Bristol on a few days toward end of October if this is nearer.

That sound good! How do you find it? Does it make a massive difference or a slight difference? :D

In the dry - a massive difference. In the wet you still seem to go "straight on" as much as you do with a normal diff - At least that was my experience around Silverstone. You can definitely feel it working though - makes a nice graunching noise as it tries to put power down to the wheel with the most grip.
