could it be Aubergine???

Nope, it was black when the clouds were over, turning to purple if the sun came out. Definitely not aubergine, although I can't remember what it was called instead.

was corking to drive,

it was 1650kg thou!!!! so as standard it was a little sluggish,

with the suspension it was on rails!!!

with the new engine with the different cam in it and the goodies it would waste integra's and gti-6's no worries,
