Help 06' Skoda Fabia VRS stops running

Hi my skoda vrs '06 55plate keeps cutting out, then it does not start unless i leave it off for a minute. Sometimes it runs for five minutes, sometimes for seconds. The engine management light stays on, but went off for a while when i changed fuel filter, after ten mins it came back on. I have also replaced fuel pump relay 469 after it showed up as a fault few months ago. I get the following fault codes reoccuring after clearing them 3 times.

P0230 - Fuel Pump Primary Circuit

P0243 - Turbo Wastegate Solenoid A

P0489 - EGR control circuit low

I checked for logged faults a few months ago nothing. Wierd thing is these faults have all come at same time, so probabblly related.

I have tested fuel pump relay and it is fine(tested it it with voltmeter), fuel pump in tank is also fine, when the car cuts out the power is cut to the fuel pump via the relay so the pump switches off.

Any suggestions?
