some modding advice please!!

just wondering if anyone could recommend anybody round the stirling or perth area who could tint my estate windows at a decent price but leaving a decent job, and with any luck someone who could supply and fit a new suspension kit could do with lowering it a bit.

One other thing could someone tell me if its worthwhile just replacing the back box to get a nicer sound or am i better off replacing the whole system, not too worried about power gain going to try and improve that later once stylings sorted.
