Silver cars - Highly Recommended

Featured Replies

Right have just tried out the Jeffs Werkstatt Acrylic Kit on my diamond silver Octy vRS, which was recommended by Rich@PolishedBliss.

After foaming, rising, washing with TBM, using werkstatt body shampoo, dried with a waffle towel, clayed with Meguiars quik detailer and clay, it was then polished firstly with Meguiars step 2 diamond polish, then JW Acrylic Prime, Trigger-Jett(2 coats) and Glos three step acrylic kit and I can highly recommend it!! My cars paint is not perfect, with some correction needed in places, but it's improved depth and wetness no end!

Wheels were polished and sealed with two coats of poorboys wheel sealant, tyres dressed, glass polished, and rubbers dressed with AG bumper care...

Results...

Good results mate, silver is a difficult colour to work with at the best of times.........

Looking good :thumbup:I may have to try some of this stuff aswell, a nice deep shine you have.

Red is the best colour, looks tidy even if you don't polish etc :D

Needs some variant 3's desperately!!

The coats build up over time so look forward to seeing how deep and wet it goes...

Great finish especially on Silver which always looks good.

I think you need more practice :D If I bring my Silver octy to you, you could try doing that just to make sure it's that good
