central locing problem ?

I have a 2000 x fabia 1.4 comfort i have had a problem with the door lock the key just turned in the barrel this was soon fixed with skoda parts. but since this has been repaired the central locking will not work on the drivers side door it is ok on the passenger side and it is ok on the switch on the door panal by the electric window switch. when the lock broke has it damaged the central locking. :thumbup:
