Your thoughts

Not really sure what you're asking for here, but my thoughts are as follows:

I'd want to know what items are included in the sale that allow for the direct connection of the headunit to a Skoda Fabia. From the description it only seems to suggest it comes with an aerial adaptor. You'll need this, but from my experience you will also need an aerial "booster" connector (which provides a 12V feed from the head unit to the radio signal booster located in the bass of the Fabia's aerial) otherwise your signal reception will likely be very poor to non-existent.

The description states a facia plate is included, which you'll need to maintain your dashboard's clean lines (otherwise you'll have a visible gap at the top of the headunit), but I've heard the aftermarket ones are poor quality and not a great match for the Fabia's dash. I ordered one from my local Skoda dealer and it costs less than £3 (and is likely a much better fit).

Depending on the stereo you may also want to get a wiring loom specific for a Fabia (not sure this is included in the ebay sale). You probably do not actually need one, and you could always rewire it yourself, but that depends on how much of the installation you want to take on yourself. My stereo came with bullet connectors enabling me to switch the yellow and red wires which are necessary for installation in the Fabia, but not sure this particular unit allows such an easy switch.

Best thing you can do is contact the seller and find out the specifics of what's included in the sale. Then look up the specifics of the stereo and make sure it has all the functions you want and is being sold at a competitive price. If after all that it has everything you want and you know you will have everything you need to install it successfully, then you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you want to buy it. Lots of info available on this site regarding headunit installation, and if you have any problems then there are lots of people who will be happy to assist you.

Hope that helps in some way.
