not seen anyone post this before but any of these vag diesels can be chipped easy, forget ebay, easy method shown to me by vw recovery guy 100k resistor about 10p remove fuel or oil temp cable bridge with reisistor, thinks its cold its all any of these boxes of tricks on the web do GOogLE tdi 100k resistor.

Well documented - and not the best option as it can do long term damage to engine components

I think that will be the fuel temp sender.
