Audi TT bumper vents

Featured Replies

If I remember correctly a while ago someone fit a set of Audi TT front bumper vents. I have spent ages looking for the thread and cannot find it anywhere. Could anyone either a) point me in the right direction or B) Tell me the part number for the vents so I can order some?

Many thanks

:)

Can't give you the link or part code......but, they used the entire wheel arch liner cutdown, if it's the one I'm thinking of!!

EDIT: Try this......TT Vent

milotec do a vent very simular to that of the v6 tt also.

There should be a "how to...." somewhere...Nick did the write up using some mesh.

I've just re-done mine after changing arch liners.....used a metal house vent.....posted some pics of the original job some time ago.

Click on the "vent" link below...

What's this about mess - are you implying my handiwork was messy? Cheek!

Kenny,

the "standard" arch liner restricts the amount of air that passes through the intercooler. By putting in some vents more air can pass through the ic and out of the arch.

Good enough to by standard on Audi TTs.

Get an arch liner from a totalled TT or use some wire mesh or like I did, an air vent for a house.
