VRS Stereo recomendation

Featured Replies

What do you guys have in your Fabs?

I am looking at Alpine CDA 9833 Head, Polk DB675 for the doors and Infinity Ref 4002 for rear fill.

What do you reckon?

I may go Infinity Kappa all round but Not sure they would work well off a head unit amp . . . opinions appriciated 8)

Have a search around the site, especially posts by tfboy as he has changed his stereo and fitted components etc, has also done a good 'how to' guide.

Soon to be infinity 5.1 comps for doors,

I'll leave out the boot for now. :D

Kenwood Z828 MP3 HU.Alpine MRVF307 sending 2x50rms to JBL GTO506ce in the front doors. Alpine M500 sending 500rms to a SPL Dynamics 12D4 in a sealed box.

oh, and my inifnity kappas are going to be powered by a Rockford Punch amplifier in the boot - only way to go really when wanting to power components, and get the levels of power needed.

I have a alpine 9812rb in my fabia vrs this has three sets of RCAs (frunt back and sub) it also has an on bord amp that pushes 60w per channle, I would also recomend look at crystal components for speekers. If you are also puting a sub in the boot here is an exmple of my boot instal(in the thread called"what do you think of my install"). sub is an RE HC12, amp is a splx 900w and there is a vibe cap.

I have one of these... I like it but it sticks out a bit but I think most of them do due to the screens... good price / features and sound ..v.good upgrade options as it has a live in for car computer........
