Hello, I'm the USA for vacations and I'm triying to get my replacement remote.

My car is a 2004 Fabia elegance 2.0l gasoline (I live in Colombia but is the same model as in Europe).

The remote is the one that looks like a Swiss army knife with 3 buttons, with the key on the side.

I know they don't sell Skoda in the USA, but the control looks the same as the one VW and Audi uses.

The question is will a VW, or Audi unit work? if so what model number?

Any help will be greatly appreciated as people in the USA have really no idea of what i'm talking about.
