The Fabia's rear wiper does not seem to be the type that you can take off and replace easily like the fronts. I've had a look in halfords and they don't seem to sell a replacement (its not in their magic book).

What do I need to buy and do?

Just remember to fit it the right way round - there are two ways and if it is smeary the first way, just swap it around - I think there is meant to be some mark to show you which way is up.
