Tmobile SMSC

Featured Replies

Is it just me, or is the Tmobile SMSC very slow?

I send a message to say SWMBO, also on Tmob, and the text will take minutes to arrive despite being in the same location (passing on funny texts) and both with full signal. Orange was instant.

And I find sending stuff cross network takes an age too. Send a business card to someone on Orange, amd 20minutes later I got a call to ask what part of urgent I didnt get. It turned up 2 minutes after I read it over the phone to him.

Is this just me, or are they crap for the speed of texts?

I've been with them for a few years and never noticed this sort of problem.

Works mob is Tmobile, and the same thing happens. Office, colleague sending a bus card when next to them or in a different location.

I have been with T-Mobile now for two years. I have never had any issues with them.

Rob, could you try texting someone in the same location as you as a test and report how long the message takes to come through?

2-5mins seems to be what I'm experiencing and would like some others to heklp me identify if this is normal, or I need to address with tmob.
