Hi All, my car is 2 yrs old but only at 17.5 k miles, still no service indication yet, is this ok?

I thought it was whichever arrived first put the warning up!!

What does the indicator say is left until service?

Presumably on variable service. Mine had it's first service at 18,500 miles, and it's second service today at 37,100 miles. So I wouldn't worry.

You can check to see when service is due, I do about once every three weeks. All you need to do is;-

1. Run the engine.

2. turn the ignition off one notch (only)

3. Press and hold the trip mileage button for 2+ seconds, and

4. Your dash display, both regular & maxidot, will now show the miles and days to next service.

give it a go and let us know what the result is.

so; 17,500 done + 1100 to go = 18,600.

Interestingly that's the same as mine when it came up for first service (after just a year) and I'm now running on schedule for second service at 36,600 miles.
