Today I had my radio changed under warranty ( the volume was messing around when adjusting ). It is the std Symphony unit that came with the car.

I want to switch OFF the TP function. The book tells you how to activate it by pressing TP . But the reverse process does not work. :confused:

I don't want traffic interuptions during my music pleasure :eek:

Does anyone know how to switch it off ?

Try Press and hold for a few seconds

That sent mine into a spasm of menus that I could not read whilst driving! I too would like to know how to do this!

Found after some tinkering the following:

If you listen to your radio stations on FM1 or FM2 then the traffic will not interrupt your listening pleasure.( i.e you have " fm1 1or2 or3 etc" with TP above this you are O.K. )

If you see TP in large letters to the left of the frequency/radio station name then it will interrupt.
