My TDi140 Octy II has 205/55 R16 alloy wheels fitted, and I need to fit winter tyres to take it to Germany this Christmas. With my old (now the wife's) Octy I, I had full sets of 195/65 R15s which I could swop round when I needed to.

The rim size is an approved alternative for mine, but I don't know without finding out the hard way if Octy I rims will fit an Octy II. Just on the off chance, before I order a new set?

No they won't unfortunately. The Mk1 uses a PCD of 5x100, the Mk2 is 5x112.
