Anyone here had any problems insuring with privilege?

Im picking up my vrs in the morning so sorting my cover out.

They have 03-04 vrs listed as a 1.8I, doesnt state a turbo......hence lots of questions about, is it definately a turbo, do you have the v5 etc etc.

I tried explaining that the vrs only comes in 1.8T.

In the end the quote was rubbish so I went privilege online.

As if car insurance insnt painful enough!

my policy states my registration and model of car as octavia vrs. Just doesnt state a turbo.

I had a nightmare with mine initially as one insurance company (swinton i believe at the time) just didn't recognize that the Octavia RS 1.8T existed as per my log book. I explained on numerous occasions that it was in fact a vRS with name changes etc but it was a sodding nightmare at the time.
