Tom is the name .......

Just joined the Briskoda.net after buying a Skoda Octavia 1.9 Tdi PD 8valve Estate. Still very new to me but it is an A5 type (I think).

I bought this on the strength of my experience after living with a Skoda Felicia 1.3 L for the last 6 years. which has been absolutely fantastic.....dead reliable, cheap parts, no worrying whether it will start or not better than any other car I have ever bought. It seems as though the Octavias are the same.....I hope so, anyway

Well, what a welcome.

Thanks everyone.....What a friendly site, I have been lurking for a while. Some interesting articles on here.

I hope I can help a least a few people on here but the level of knowledge of the members is awesome........Keep it up,folks
