I just managed to get the last one out of the halfords in the next town ten miles away. Other than that they are out of stock everywhere else, good deal I suppose.

Shampoo is 1.89 litres and looks very thick and concentrated. Definitely happy with this purchase

What other bits of meguiars stuff would be a good purchase, have these bits but looking at clay bars and wax. I am only used to being a sponge and bucket washer but want to make some more effort as the car looks good when really clean.

haha the nearest 1 in stock is 177miles away.

I had 9 reserved at 3 different locations only managed to get 2 due to them having no stock.Complained and got 2 x £10 vouchers and both for £10 each.

1 for me and 1 for uncle (christmas pressie) for his new car (Passat 3.2 V6 4motion).

Two buckets, one for clean water, one for shampoo mix. Microfibre / waffle towel for drying would probably do for a while. Take a look at the cleaning sub-forum and read the stickies

I think it's microfiber? Feels a bit like lambswool though.

Halfrauds also have a number of the "eco" things down to £1, including carpet cleaner, wheel cleaner, dash cleaner, and car shampoo. Not sure why people would think let's save the environment while I wash my car, but can't beat a bargain
