Felicia shell, Fabia interior & Engine

Featured Replies

i saw a fabia with basicaly the same engine in that felicia and favorit so i'm guessing swapping engines is not a big problem,

only i would gain from it since most of you already have a MPi system in your engines (i'm the caveman with the carburetor) and since where on that page, how good would a felicia look with a fabia interior?

i know the interior from a favorit can be swapped no problem with a feli (sisko, could that be your project since you have a favorit and a spare felicia ???) but i wonder if it would be that simple for a felicia / fabia

You might mean the Fabia 1.4MPI

i realy cant tell since i din't take a look at the model, just basicaly passing by while it was getting serviced, but since you guys get 40+ mpg on your i guess the MPi is the way to go, plus that engine cover sure would look good inside my felicia's bonnet jejeje

Fabia I think it based on a VW polo so changing the interior would have to be custom rather than a straight swap.

jejeje, no, thanks, i'm keeping my interior then, probably just reposted the seat with fake leather and change the color scheme a little, but the engine is very tempting to me

the 1.4mpi used in the fabia has a different crank bolt pattern. so you would need to re-drill the flywheel. but it can be done.
