Will these go in place of the red only warning lights on a Fabia vRS?

They fit loads a VAG's including the mk1 Octty.

Looks like it might just be a straight swap, only problem I can think of (if same size and clips).. is that the courtesy light has it's own power supply.. but surely not?

symonevans - You think I'm gunna post the auction for the cheap pair up? not a chance! The people on here are decent, don't get me wrong.. but didn't wanna ruin my chances.

Wanna fit for a little floor illumination that isn't all red.. Just fancied it really after getting outta my Dad's Saab 95 at home and having the dark pavement all light up for me to avoid snail slugs puddles and sh!t.. Thought about lights in the bottom of the door card but they're a bit thin.. then found these.

Just found a pic of the fabias online.. they're square. oh well.. back to the "bodging them in somewhere" idea..along with foot well lights!
