does anybody know if these passat alloys will fit?

Probably not, as they will have a PCD of 5x112 and you need 5x100, unless they have 2 sets of holes, as some pattern wheels do.....

Check with the seller. A photo under the centre cap would show for sure.

Definitely will not fit (unless you go to the effort of fitting hub adaptors of course)
