Hi all,

I'm Ken from Dublin, Ireland. I drive a 2001 1.4 Skoda Octavia which is my 4th Skoda. I've had a a Felicia, two Fabia's and my Octavia.

It's a great car and despite being a little low on power due to the 1.4, I don't think I'll ever sell it.

I'd love to get my hands on a nice Rapid and have had a look at some in Poland but have never gotten around to it. There are practically none in Ireland.

Mine is all standard with no modifications. I plan to keep it that way replacing as much as I can with genuine parts. It was involved in a crash just a few months before these pics. It was hit side on drivers side by a Truck on a motorway at about 50mph but I got it repaired as I couldn't bear to see it being scrapped. The other guy's insurance company wasn't too happy but I didn't give a hoot.The right front wing, two doors had to be replaced. Back wing suffered damage. Slight bump on roof line but no chassis damage. Cost just under €5K to get it back on road.
