Front bumper/fog light vent flap problem

Hi all, I have just fitted the LCR splitter for my VRS and while admiring it i noticed something. On the drivers side of the front bumper behind the vent next to the fog light i noticed a rubber flap that seemed to be "sticking out". Can anyone please tell me if this is normal or if i need to sort it out quickly. Also if anyone has any pictures of their VRS front bumper so i could compare the two fog light vents, that would be great.

I hope its just a case of taking out the front fog light and surrounding plastic casing and adjusting the rubber.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
