Zymol Creame, Swissvax Onyx or Dodo Juice Green ?

Featured Replies

Looking at purchasing a wax to compliment my Colly 476 and I've narrowed it done to Zymol Creame Wax, Swissvax Onyx and Dodo Juice Rainforest Rub. So which one would people recommend? The reason I've pick these three is I have red and silver cars so I've gone for generic waxes rather than colour specific ones.

Have you ever tried P21s or Autoglym Hi Def?

Just finished my tub of P21S and it's a very good wax. Just thought I would try something else now.

Pete's 53 is good or CG 50/50 or try some Zaino Z5.........

Dodo Supernatural :D

Agreed, Dodo Juice Supernatural, or maybe Hard Candy for longer lasting protection?

Had my car detailed by professional he used supernatural and it was fantastic. However I use Harly wax at £15 a tub and it lasts longer no question. And if he used it I am sure it would have looked as good as supernatural.

Steve.

There does seem to be something 'supernatural' about Supernatural  It does everything that many waxes which cost £££'s do.

To get the looks and the protection, 2 layers of Supernatural over 2 layers of one of the hard waxes or Collinite will do very well  (this is assuming decent paint prep/condition).

That said, at £60-odd per tub, SN is quite pricey but I think it's worth it, mad as I am :o

Brain drain

vics concours is also a very impressive wax!

generally from what ive seen and read whatever you go for you will be happy but you will always want more waxes!

Raceglaze 55 surely? It's very high end for the money - probably the best vfm IMHO.

Gloss and durability up there with the very best (and most expensive...)

Oh, and it smells bl**dy lovely, too!

Check you out then money bags!!!

Yeah!I've got a TT in just now, which is going to be my best earner to date.Hoping to get my hands on a sample sized pot of Vintage then for the Ferrari and Lamborghini that are looming on the horizon.Got an Ultimate Green Focus RS for the local Ford dealership when it arrives too, although I haven't decided what route to take with it. Maybe Zaino I'm half thinking???

Sounds like a busy period for you then mate and things must be taking off so fair play........

I rate Zaino very highly, I have a fair few of their products but only really use them on my own car..........:P

out of the 3 you have suggested i would go with the swissvax onyx, basically because it is one if the easyest to to use and will just about top the durabuility of the others,

but if you fancy stretching yourself a little more i would go for dodo juice supernatural it is now avialable in plastic pots instead of the wooden ones and they have also recently revised the formulea to inprove the durabuility,

hope this is of some help

Nic
