Nearly spent all day cleaning, claying and polishing the car....even found an old set of wheels hanging around in the shed so cleaned waxed and polished them and put them on.

Yep it's the 17" wheels and for some strange reason they look far better on the combi than they did on my old hatch :confused:

And today I start on cleaning the inside

But it has to warm up a bit first it's only 3 degC here at the moment

Good effort - and a great result.

I also got fed up of my car being covered in winter dirt, so I spent a couple of evening this week giving it a good clean. Isn't it nice to remind yourself what the car should look like after all those months of winter grime.

Only had the car for a while ...but it felt like rubbing your hand over sandpaper.....so the claybar was put to good use ...and I wont be using that one again (now thrown away) it may even get another layer of wax today if the mucking out of the inside goes well
