Cambelt Failures

Reference the recent thread concerning the replacement of cam belts :-

I'm trying to determine how many cam belts failures have occured for Mk 1 Fabia vehicles over 4 years old or which have completed more than 40,000 miles. At first instance, I'm restricting this to Petrol engines cars:-
