P****d off with dealer!!

Featured Replies

Right some of you may have seen my earlier threads about dirty door cards and a faulty speed sensor??Well had the speed sensor replaced and the coilpacks drove out of dealer ecu light comes back on so i turn around go straight back in.they plug in vag-com brings up same fault again (faulty speed sensor)but they wouldn't let me see the codes:mad: so he resets and sais see how it goes:eek: not very impressed but i will give them a second chance.anyway it's probably around 5 miles before the light comes back on,so you know what comes next.this time i'm told the mechanic is going home in 10mins this is 4.00p.m by the way(thursday) and they can't look at it until monday:mad: i try to restrain my temper and go home.so i thought i would take it to another dealer on friday.of course they find the same faults but are much more helpfull and give me a print out of the full DTC memory check these are the fault codes:

01-engine electronics

06A906032HN

1.8L R4/5VT 0002

coding 11500

16885 p0501 035

vehicle speed sensor(A)

range/performance

08-air conditioning/heating electronics

1U1907044A

CLIMATRONIC C 2.0.0

coding 11000

00281 037

road speed sender-G68

faulty

now i would have preferred for them to look at the car but they said i would have to take the car back to my local dealer:thumbdwn: not that keen on that after they soiled the interior with oily finger marks:mad: can any one throw any light on these codes?as they have replaced the speed sensor and the problem still persists.

thank-you
