You have several choices, but as it's a clearcoat finish you have to be very careful. If the swirls are really bad, then it is unlikely that a dual action polisher will get rid of them. You would need to use a full blown rotary, and unless you have used one before, it is easy to ruin the lacquer (strike through.)

So using a DA you would need the heaviest duty cutting pad, and fairly aggressive cutting compound. This combination will dull the paint finish, which then needs to be polished up, with a polishing pad, and polish. That is followed by a wax/sealer.

The safest option, is to use Autoglym Super Resin Polish, it has a lot of fillers, and will fill swirl marks that are quite deep. Obviously after you have washed the car several times, the polish will be removed and swirls return, but then you just use more SRP to hide the swirls again.

Paint correction is not easy, and there are no magic bullets that will work on every type of paint finish. Skoda paint is quite soft, and they don't exactly use a lot of paint, so strike through is a real danger.

If you want the safest option, use AG SRP, and top that off with Meguiers NXT final touch, or AG extra gloss protection.

I would also recommend checking out detailers world forum.
