Req. A5 Hatch 2.0 TDI PD DSG VIN number

Featured Replies

hello guys!

need a favour

i'm desperately looking for Octavia II Hatch 2.0 TDI PD DSG VIN number

why do i need it?

i own Octavia II Elegance 2.0 TDI DSG. i'm from Ukraine. our cars supplied by default with Rough-road pack installed. i do wish to lower my car by reverting my suspension to European stock, but i don't have info about standard European suspension (springs+shocks part numbers and maybe stop buffers), so i'm unable to order parts to make my dream came true.

i would be very pleased if u could help me with this info by supplying me with a VIN of any Hatch 2.0 TDI PD DSG car with stock suspension.

thnx in advance!

best wishes from Ukraine ;)

yes, of course!

sorry not to mention it in a thread :o

Ah - just sent you a PM suggesting you do this - but you have been quicker than me!

Sorry mine was a VIN for a none DSG model and therefore possibly not what you need.

Hopefully someone will be along to help.

Why not find out the part numbers from somebody on here with EKTA?

A chassis number lookup is what makes this possible.

Why not buy an adjustable sports suspension altogether? Neither the regular, nor the vRS don't seem that low to me.

cause its going to be too low for our "high quality" roads :(

I'm your next door neighbour (Romania), we suffer from the same, but in any combo I've seen yet, the Octi2 is still a bit too tall.

Rough-road pack (RRP) makes me fill our roads really rough :(

i have prepared 17" alloys for summer, but 17" plus RRP = the car looks like a clown on a stilts.

with stock Euro suspension i'll get a bit lower clearance (but not as low as RS ones) and a more comfy ride on bumps (i don't even wanna think bout sport suspension, cause it's gonna blow my head off while driving :D)

hello guys :)

may i ask for your help once again. maybe someone can PM me VIN from 2.0 TDI combi (DSG or manual doesn't really matter). at least i'll be able to compare andy2407 springs to thouse on combi. please :o. i know that there's a lot's of 2.0 TDI Skodas in UK ;)

cheers!

ps: since my last post i didn't get a single VIN :rotz: so i'm unable to order myself a set of stock-euro-springs for a summer.

How about PM'ing your VIN to VRStu to see the differences for you?
