Which underseal do Skoda use? (or similar)

Featured Replies

Does anyone know which underseal Skoda used on the Mk1 Octavia or a close alternative?

I have a few places where mine is damaged or missing & I want to touch it in.

Thanks

Darren

Doubt you will get what they use as it's a plasticized product. You might be able to get some from a dealer though. If not epoxy based is the way to go. Rustoleum make it.

Epoxy is awesome stuff for this kind of thing, the marine industry uses it a hell of a lot...

Yup totally agree, I use it on classics a lot. Phosphoric acid to clean the steel, rinse, zinc primer, epoxy underseal, job done for 20 years. I still see guys using Hammerite, which I find only sticks to carpets
