They fitted!

Featured Replies

To rooboy's utmost "WTF?!" and other doubts, the infinity kappa 5.1 woofers fitted nicely behind the door card, with a quick change of spacer by Joel, who I should add did the hardest parts of my install... Only small niggle was the crossovers were HUUUUGE and have to sit in the door pocket and a hole drilled through to behind the card. Not a real problem though. :D

All thats left for me now is to tap into the OEM speaker cables and choccy block them to the amp's speaker cables! Oh, and in case Joel is panicking, I'm gonna earth is somewhere proper, like! ;) I got an earth wire in the wiring kit I got from the caraudiocentre stand at TRAX!

Piccies to follow at some point when I wake up tomorrow from a deeeeep deep slumber! :o

:p:

That earthing point was pretty bad mate! You should stick up a piccy of that! lol !

Not a chance! Its been ripped out now anyway, and today I'll probably get around to earthing it properly. Just deciding between one of the rear light unit bolts or the seat belt mount.
