Bought an 06 Fabia 1.4 TDI estate last week.

It's a really nice car and the first we've had that has still had a smidge of manufacturer's warranty left (although it's done 58,500 miles so it barely counts).

Only thing looking to do is to add mp3 compatability (it's odd to do from a tape deck to a cd player and think you've gone backwards in technology because I can't easily connect an mp3 player to it).

Not from Lanark, it's after the Scottish novel by Alasdair Gray.

If you want Scottish literary connections, I used to live just up the road from AJ Cronan's old house, and literally 4 doors up from the house that was the prototype for the eponymous building in "Hatter's Castle". Oh and only a few doors from the Scottish horror writer Joe Donnelly.
