Well we took the 65 Octavia to Scotland last summer

Anyone would think that older Skodas had a bad reputation

They're only bad if not look after! And I'm sure your oldies are very well looked after!

Same with any car really.

If this meeting was earlier when it is still sunny and nice I would have gone just to go for a drive as Nelly is running so well now!

Shelagh has got the Lurgy, so we will have to miss this one, sorry...

Well its off for a long haul tomorrow.

Its had a few cruises when I bought her, but gonna see if her mpg has improved after a good servicing.

Her paint job looks a lot better now after washing, waxing and the wheeltrims.

Final checks tomorrow before I hit the highway with a roar of 1.3 Will have to see how many Audi TDI's I slay after I nearly overtook one around boxing day..... (downhill 100mph nr Amsbury, but pitied the poor Audi and eased off)

But will stick to more sensible cruising as i am in no rush.
