I wondered about getting a MFSW to go with my RNS 510 and BT when I get them fitted.

Does anyone know if this: www.skodateile.cz would be a straight swap for my existing O2 VRs steering wheel. It's the one and only think I miss from my VX signum (apart from the celery holders in the roof if you've seen the top gear episode!)
