Audi ASR

Featured Replies

There were some (really old) threads on here about upgrading the vRS ASR software to the same spec as that of the Audi TT / S3 to make the traction control more progressive so it doesn't kill the power so suddenly. Has anyone done this to their Octy and how straightforward is it? Just a case of updating the software via the OBD II port?

I think Jabba offer this service. Don't know of anyone doing it themselves though.

It can be a bit aggressive if you get the pedal balance wrong :thumbdwn:

Ian

switch it off :D

I do.......but then I get annoyed by the orange light :(

I like the orange light... Gives me a warm glow in my right foot :devil:

He he he :rofl::thumbup:

As stated above Jabba map it into the system. I wouldn't like to try doing that myself as it could really fu*k up the traction control/ABS system.
