Tried searching but found nothing, just had my VRS in for a lubricate service and some advisory measures were noted. One in particular didn't make much sense to me and the guy in the garage description/explanation was very poor. He explained something to do with the front suspension.

common fault most on here fit cupra bushes as harder wearing

Yep a notorious fault. I was told to fit the Cupra bushes as they were harder wearing. Garage wanted to charge me nearly £300 quid to fix but as the car was just out of warranty I wrote to Skoda as this is a factory known fault and therefore, in my mind, a design defect and not fit for purpose (failed after 3 years/35,000 miles).

I wrote to Skoda a couple of times and they eventually coughed up and replaced the bushes at their expense. Depending on how old yr car is and the miles, I would suggest you do the same.
