Octy mk1, Management light on.. spirited driving

Featured Replies

After a little bit of play with a lass in a scooby wrx this morning... certainly wasnt ragging the octy.. anyway, i notced that the management light has popped on...

Been out this lunch and tryed to check for popped off pipes etc, but cannot seem to see anything with my untrained eye...

History: i have had the asr light pop on and stay on around 3 times since owning this car (5 months) and got told in another thread this can sometimes point to MAF on its way out, the light will go out after switch off and back on of ignition...

Just wonderd if anyone in the sheffield area wouldnt mind reading faults from the Ecu :) its just i have already got to pay out for other things on the car without a charge from dealer or jbs to add to it... be a few beers or summat in it for ya's  or i'll go to jbs at somepoint soon.

The ones i saw listed for sheffield for VAG-com owners map, didnt seem to have a listing in the members list (link top of site), so i presume they are no longer members

I'm pretty sure that only freedom members are listed in the members list.

Best thing to do is to click on their profile to see the last time they logged on to see if they are still active or not.
