Hi everyone

2008 Octavia VRS with newly installed RNS 510/Fiscon Bluetooth (without MaxiDot)

1/ Installer tells me that it is not possible to incorporate parking sensor display which was on existing Stream? Could he be correct?

2/ Is it possible to display clock time and outside temperature on display, again as on original Stream?

3/ What exactly is 'VIP Destination' in navigation setup?

Would welcome any comments - New forum user, but hope to be able to provide a useful input in future

Perhaps not the most informative reply, but there is a few threads with something to read on some other forums about the subject. I think it goes down to which version of the RNS 510 you got, which version of the climate module and which version of sensors you got. And btw, welcome to the forums

The installer did say something about a BUS incompatability, so I guess, from what I have read, that he is right afterall!

3 is just another POI category that you can use to assign various destinations that you want to enter as permanent destinations.
