Buy skudmissile's S40 instead!

not much room in the boot , Ford 1.8 Duratec HE engine is reliable

what you really want is the T5 version , same as an ST Focus but more of a sleeper

or the D5 version , Hmmm nice

I looked at the D5 ,a while ago now, but what really put me off was the auto gearbox only on the D5.

Not sure if this is still the case.

On the plus point it handles well and I do like the things.

Sat in one on Saturday. Nice inside, same as the S40/V50 inside really. Wide doors (as usual for most 3 door cars). Boot is small, but depends who you are and your lifestyle.

Dealer said it is difficult to get 2nd hand cars at the moment, but if you see one at another Volve dealer they will buy it in so you deal with your local dealer which is nice.
