I'm Alex and although I've owned a Skoda for over a year I've only just stumbled across this forum and I have to say it looks brilliant. I've just bought an Octavia 2.0 TDI, which is probably the best car I've ever driven, and I'm trying to sell my 1.9 TDI fabia so you might see it in the classifieds shortly.

Thanks for the info. I'm debating whether to just put on ebay with no reserve and see what happens. It's a 2003 53 1.9 TDI comfort with 91500 miles, it's got a FSH and is in excellent condition - Has anybody any idea how much it might be worth?

PS Thanks for the welcome - I've already used some advice from here to fix the cruise control on my Octavia - it's a great source of information.

Why not join Freedom, seeing as though you have an Octavia, as well

Then you can openly ask stuff like what's it worth, without it sounding like an unofficial advertisement.

That question you seek an answer for, could easily be misinterpreted that way.

For the info/advice you have access to when you join, its easily worth the membership fee

Fully joined up Freedom member now. To be honest the advice on fixing my Octavia's cruise control was worth the membership fee alone - the site is excellent.
