I want some small plates made up for my car, any ideas?

Get some regular ones made up and cut them down, easy as. Do them all the time myself.

Such a small thing makes quite a big difference especially if you are lucky to have a short number plate anyhow (like my MK2) plus its perfectly legal.

you will only be able to get normal plates, as lummox said though you can cut them down if you want to shorten them.
