I have a friend that has Touran that has LHD headlights on. When he comes over here they are obvioulsy focused on the wrong side. Is there an VAG-COM adjustment to either change them to RHD or to at least flatten them out.

Or, is this done by a lever/screw inside.

If it has the option it will be a lever in the back, although i'm not sure they do unless it has Xenons. His user manual will be able to confirm.

Depending on the exact model there is a so called tourist solution which can be altered using a diagnostic tool, obviously this only works with adjustable cornering lights.
