Apologies if this is in the wrong section...

After owning my Octavia VRS for all of 3 weeks, it took quite a bash up the rear from a big old Merc (driven by a six year old girl!!!) whilst parked up down in Kent. Just for good measure, it was shunted into the wall in front at the same time!

I won't be paying for the repairs/replacement parts personally but would like to make sure it's done properly. Elmside referred me to Fleetline in Croydon. Anybody got any experience of them or any other reccommendations in the South East?
