Help please??

Exactly the same as the Golf

Having got them, id say dont waste your money on them, there nice, dont get me wrong but I find I never use them and nudging the shifter back and forth is just as easy if i want manual

I picked the DSG paddle option without thinking on it too much -- later, when I got the car I found out that at least here in Finland you always get a three spoke steering wheel with those paddles. Overall design of the three spoke steering wheel is different compared to the standard one and I really like this three spoke version more. I don't know how it is other countries, but it is worth checking.... The cold fact is that you don't _need_ those paddles too often, but a handy steering wheel is always nice.

3 spoke wheel in UK too.

I wouldn't be without them, but I' ve not had a DSG without them and do a lot of miles on rural roads where they come into their own.

Do the paddles turn with the steering wheel or are they in a fixed position like the indicator stalks?

there fitted behind the two horizontal spokes so they rotate with the wheels, the idea is if you keep you hands on wheel there always there, bit useless if you want to change up coming out of a tight hair pin, id prefer larger fixed paddles personally

 Yes I agree, chasing the paddles around the wheel does not appeal to me.

if im coming up to a fast windy stretch i know i'll need a lot of shifting I also knock the shifter across into tiptronic mode aswell so if i cant get a paddle I can always fall back on the shifter, they can be a bit akward to use once your arms are crossed

on one of my favourite tight twisty sections I dont even bother with the paddles and stick with the shifter,

yup, there bloody expensive for something id wanna at least try sat with them in a car before forking out the money they want

Thanks for info.I read that in Superb the paddles are not + and - but in the left are the small and in the right paddle the high or something like that.

can you explain that a bit more?
